Norfolk & Norwich Millennium Library, The Forum, Norwich,

Tomes filled with woodcut illustrations from the 1400's, hand painted pages of fantastical creatures and books featuring bizarre historical details of our Fine City.

Hosted by Rachel Ridealgh and Robin Milton, come along and see some of the illustrated ancient treasures housed in the Norfolk Heritage Library which have inspired the development of Brewess by local indie development studio Fairer Games.

Robin is the founder of Fairer Games, an independent games studio focused on blending traditional art and historical storytelling. A passionate advocate for the growth of the local games development industry in Norfolk, she is co-organiser of the community group Norfolk Game Developers with over 600 members, supporting and growing games development talent and studios in the area.

Rachel Ridealgh is the Community Librarian for Local Studies for Norfolk Library and Information Service, a post she has held since 2017. Rachel is responsible for ensuring that Norfolk Libraries’ local studies and heritage collections are representative of Norfolk’s residents and diverse communities, inspiring a stronger sense of identity and place in a community through a shared connection with local history.
