A hands-on workshop that encourages you to explore the everyday realities of game-making and studio leadership.
Game development can be unpredictable. One minute, you’re celebrating a milestone. The next, the build’s on fire, and someone’s cat managed to delete your work for the day.
This workshop from the team at Games Leadership® invites you to take part in a practical exploration of the everyday realities of making games and working in studios. We’ll show you our latest tool for developers of all experience levels, designed to aid decisiveness and thoughtful action in these moments.
The session will include guided scenarios, discussion, and reflective decision-making, allowing participants to explore the kinds of situations that regularly test real teams, leaders, and developers at all stages of their careers.
Recommended for ages 14+. Beginner to experienced game developers welcome. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
