Would you like to be a part of Norwich Games Festival?

Norwich Games Festival brings together the magic of video games, tabletop gaming and physical games and activity – it really is for everyone.

Whether you are an industry professional, educator, community or charity champion, hobbyist, trader, performer or linked to games in any other way we’d love to hear from you.

Do you have an exciting idea for a show, talk, workshop, activity, immersive experience, display or other special event for NGF?

We are open to hosting a huge variety of activities, so all applications for high quality and engaging events are welcome. Our aim is to make Norwich Games Festival accessible, with an abundance of fun, hands-on, educational and informative content fully funded and free to engage with.

For NGF27, we will be showcasing the best of video and computer games, tabletop and board games, and physical gaming and activities. We are also particularly interested in talks and workshops that focus on tech spill-over and games adjacent skills. If you are involved in any games and tech-related organisation, group or business, please reach out and help us make NGF27 incredible!

There are separate application forms for Contributors and for Trader and Collectors. The deadline for applications is Friday 23 October 2026 at 8pm.

Expression of Interest - Contributor Application

Please use this form to submit an expression of interest to host a stand or activity between Tuesday 1 - Sunday 6 June 2027. We welcome applications from anyone working in games and games-related tech who would like to showcase interactive, informative and inspirational content. We love putting on a varied programme, interpreting 'games' broadly, and celebrating regional and national talent, big business, indie developers and everything in-between.

Expression of Interest - Trader and Collector Day

Please use this form to submit an expression of interest to host a stand during the Bank Holiday Monday event (31.05.2026). We welcome applications from anyone working in games and games-related tech who would like to sell genuine, authentic products. You do not need to own a company to take part, and we welcome local indie designers and developers in addition to established retailers. We love variety and aim to showcase a wide range of products.
