Get ready for Norwich Games Festival

Festival opening times

Mon 26 - Sat 31 May 202510am-4pm (5pm Sat 31 May)

There are also ticketed events that take place outside of these times, and events at other venues may have different times.

Each day of NGF25 has a dedicated theme, focussing on a certain aspect of gaming – however, we’ll always have a bit of everything available.

Booking tickets

Entrance to the main festival is FREE but some special events are priced individually, most follow a "Pay what you can" structure.

Many events (free and paid) are bookable and have limited capacity, so early booking is advised to avoid disappointment. Tickets can be booked directly from each event’s page.

If you have access requirements and need someone to accompany you to make your visit to a Norwich Games Festival event easier and more comfortable, an additional Essential Companion ticket can be booked for our paid-for events.

For events where tickets are purchased directly with the venue, please check their website for details on how to book Essential Companion tickets.

If you would like to discuss specific access requirements, please contact us at [email protected]

Tickets are non-refundable unless an event has been cancelled.

Find your way around the Festival

The majority of the Festival takes place in and around The Forum.

'The Arena' (free gaming activities for all ages) will occupy The Atrium, The Gallery, Lower Gallery (level -1), and outside. Each day of NGF25 has a dedicated theme, focussing on a certain aspect of gaming – however, we’ll always have a bit of everything available.

Bookable events are also taking place in The View, The Auditorium, Millennium Library and Cafe Bar Marzano at The Forum.

The NGF25 Info Desk can be found in The Arena (Main Atrium) every day. Book for events, workshops and talks, find out what's on and where with the help from our friendly NPC's (aka Events Team). It is staffed between 10am-4pm.

You can find out more about visiting The Forum here.

Cancellations

Occasionally, events may be cancelled at short notice due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control. In the event of cancellation of pre-book events, every endeavour will be made to contact ticket holders. We regret that we may not be able to offer an alternative for cancelled events. Please check this website for up-to-date event information.

Accessibility

Please see individual event listings for venue accessibility and contact information.

If you are booking tickets directly with Norwich Games Festival, our booking platform (Ticketsolve) will prompt you to enter any accessibility requirements during the checkout process.

You can also contact a member of the team to discuss access requirements at [email protected].

Photography

Photography / filming will take place during Festival events. Talks may be recorded and posted on our YouTube Channel - these do not usually include audience members. Please notify a Festival event team member if you do not wish to be included/identifiable in any imagery. We will ask those who are clearly identifiable in photographs, or their guardians, to complete a consent form.
