Norwich Games Festival welcomes thousands of visitors every year!

We relaunched in 2024, for a 3-day festival, and welcomed over 27,000 visitors, this only grew in 2025, when we welcomed over 40,000 visitors in the May half term.

We are proud to be a family-friendly festival, supporting local communities, educational organisations and industry. We highlight and celebrate the games and tech talent and infrastructure in the region and are incredibly grateful to our partners and sponsors for helping make the event happen. 

Our aim is to make Norwich Games Festival accessible, with an abundance of fun, hands-on, educational and informative content fully funded and free to engage with. Sponsorship also enables us to subsidise talks and workshops and keep these events super low-cost.

We celebrate the fun and educational aspects of gaming, support independent developers and game-related businesses and highlight opportunities for budding creative and tech through our programme of events, which feature industry leaders. This focus and free entry makes us uniquely special and different from other gaming festivals.
