Learn to design a board game in two hours!

Spend a high-energy morning learning the art and science of creating tabletop games, in this fun family workshop guided by veteran designer James Wallis.

Designed for all ages and abilities (min age 6+) this interactive session will explain how games work and how to build them. You will be encouraged to come up with a concept, build a prototype, and then test the success of your very own board game!

This workshop will encourage you to use your imagination and test your creativity, all in a supportive and welcoming environment. This event is designed to bring everyone together, whether a family or friendship group, or individuals coming together for the first time at the session. And the very best thing, everybody's a winner!

No experience necessary, minimum age 6+
Young person £7.50
Adult (18+) £15

James Wallis is the mind behind the classic games Once Upon a Time and The Extraordinary Adventures of Baron Munchausen. He teaches game design at London South Bank University and writes for Tabletop Gaming magazine.
